Jessie Lu Yoga, Free Yoga Benefit

A 60-minute healing and restful practice of gentle yoga and yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, to connect with, and bring balance to, the wheels of energy know as chakras. The practice is accessible to all.

Arrive 10 minutes early to reserve your spot as space will be limited. Visit to print out a waiver and arrive prepared. Students are encouraged to bring the following: yoga mat, block, blanket or two, bolster/pillow.
