Yoga classes offered at the Library of the Chathams | Chatham Courier News


CHATHAM – Hatha yoga classes will be offered by the Library of the Chathams four times over the next several weeks.

Hatha yoga facilitates the integration of mind, body and breath. During the hour-long sessions, participants will stand, kneel, sit on our mats as well as lay down on their sides, back and stomach. Body awareness and alignment are highlighted.
