This class is aimed at releasing trapped emotions and calming the nervous system through gentle movement, guided imagery and EFT Tapping. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping- is a modality of healing that one can perform on themselves by gently tapping along specific meridians in the body. EFT alleviates physical pain as well as emotional and psychological distress that gets stored in the body throughout our life. We will begin the class with breath work, followed by EFT tapping, then some gentle yoga and guided meditation to integrate.
